It's nice to lvfe in Switzerland. We still have the 4 Seasons and I appreciate that a lot. How nice is Spring ! I like to discover the first flowers in the garden when life and colors are coming back. How nice to see all these green buds on trees and shrubs. And the nice songs from birds sitting on branches.
Summer is attractive with all these long evenings to sit outside around a fire, go swimming or on cruises. It's nice to sit together with friends and have a BBQ.
Anyone who tells me that Autumn is grey, they are wrong. Autumn is a wonderful season when leaves turn to red, yellow and orange. And the air gets its typical smell of Autumn. And what a miracle when birds get together for the long trip South.
Winter can be nice as well. A landscape is so pretty in white when the snow covers the ground and trees. It's nice to see frozen lakes and rivers. The light is very special and attracts this season.
I love animals and I give my best to help to protect animals. I don't have any more ponds in my garden to give room to frogs, newts and dragonflies. But I have lots of plants in my new garden to give room to all kind of insects and butterflies, hedgehogs etc.
It still makes me very sad that still lots of countries kill animals for human's pleasure. Instead of killing whales, they should offer whale watching and make people sensible to their beauty. Or why do too many people still have to eat frogs, goose liver, Caviar etc. They don't think one minute about that animals have to suffer for their pleasure !
If you have planned to buy a pet, please inform yourself about the conditions this pet needs. If you see that you won't be able to give the conditions it needs, please, don't buy it.
If you see any cruelty to animals, don't hesitate to call the police.
And it starts with the education of every child, teach him respect of nature !
